Blossom also has a trellised sunken garden area that separates it from the rest of the restaurant for a more intimate dining experience. You’ll also find a circular banquette seating area where a cage-like enclosure surrounds patrons. This restaurant serves only dinner from 5:30 pm to 10: 30 pm.

This is the newest restaurant at Aria Resort and Casino from acclaimed Chef Shawn McClain. All the dishes prepared at this restaurant use high-quality and fresh farm-to-table seasonal ingredients. Shaboo is an intimate dining area located inside Bar Masa and which offers an exclusive traditional omakase menu from Chef Masayoshi Takayama. Omakase stands for ‘it’s up to you,” which therefore means that at this joint, you’re the one who chooses what you want in your meal. Every table here has four ‘hot pot’ cookers that allow guests to cook vegetables and meat portions in the boiling water right there. Unlike the larger Bar Masa, Shaboo provides an intimate setting which mirror that of its sister restaurant in New York.
